Even with high demand at The Club Lounge, staff still offered gracious, low-bow service to members—such a nice touch. The welcome fruit and breakfast were both delicious and well-prepared. And the view? Absolutely breathtaking. The Bund skyline is stunning day or night—definitely worth every moment spent by the window. I’ve already taken countless photos and can’t wait to come back. Despite arriving during peak check-in time around 3 PM, there was no chaos or long lines—everything was smooth and efficient. Even more impressive? My bags never touched my hands again—they were taken straight up in the elevator to my room. That’s what true luxury service looks like.
