The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and featured daily cleaning, real wooden flooring, and an en-suite bathroom in every room. The modern kitchen was well-equipped, and the living area with its park-facing windows made it easy to enjoy meals together in peace and style. The only minor issue occurred on checkout day—after leaving our luggage at reception (which is located outside the main building)—we returned to collect it only to find the front desk closed. It took nearly 20 minutes of waiting and a phone call before staff arrived to open up. With airport transfer plans tight, this delay was stressful, but not enough to overshadow the overall fantastic experience. The location, cleanliness, and thoughtful amenities make this a top choice for any visitor to London.
