My stay at Sunlake Waterfront Resort & Convention Jakarta was absolutely fantastic—15 days from November 19 to December 2, 2025. The location is perfect: everything I needed was within easy reach, and traffic wasn’t a problem at all. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and professional—always smiling, quick to assist, and made me feel welcome from day one. The room was brand new, spotless, and well-appointed with modern comforts. I especially loved the breakfast buffet—different options every day, fresh, tasty, and varied enough to keep things exciting. The overall service level is top-notch, and the value for money is excellent. If I ever come back to Jakarta, this will be my first choice. Highly recommend it!

The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool and comfortable all day. The room had a cozy sofa and the bathroom was spotless and well-organized. Most impressive was the staff—extremely friendly, always willing to help, and genuinely warm in their service. It felt like being welcomed into a home rather than just staying at a hotel. A truly pleasant experience with excellent value for money. Definitely planning to return.
