My stay at Chengdu Jinniu EVEN Hotels was absolutely outstanding—10 out of 10 without a doubt! I especially want to highlight the amazing service from front desk staff Xiao Huang and Xiao Zhang. Check-in was quick, smooth, and professional, and they even proactively shared details about the laundry service and breakfast hours—such a thoughtful touch. Later in the evening, I had a small issue upon returning to the hotel, and reaching out for help was the best decision. They responded instantly with genuine care and enthusiasm, never once showing frustration. Their dedication made the entire trip feel more relaxed and enjoyable. The hotel itself is quiet, well-maintained, and conveniently located near public transit. It’s clear that guest comfort is a top priority here. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Chengdu.

Breakfast was outstanding — abundant, fresh, and included handmade wontons and authentic bean curd pudding. The bathroom was well-maintained with perfect water temperature and strong shower pressure. But honestly, what stood out most was the bed — incredibly comfortable, with plush pillows that made for a restful night’s sleep. I actually considered buying the same set! Plus, the room had zero unpleasant odors upon entry — just clean, fresh air. Overall, an exceptional experience with great value and attention to detail. The overhead showerhead seemed to need descaling, but again, it didn’t detract from the stay. Breakfast offerings were solid, though the pastries leaned on the sweeter side, and the freshly squeezed juice wasn’t prepared in front of guests—leading me to wonder if it was truly fresh or pre-made (it did show slight separation). I also missed seeing small wontons on the menu, but these minor points don’t overshadow the bigger picture. The ambiance, service, and attention to detail are top-notch. Yuluxe Hotel Chengdu

We happened to be in the Jian She Road area exploring local street food, and after trying a few delicious snacks, we decided to stay at this Yuluxe Hotel, part of the Shimo group. The lobby on the 32nd floor is spacious and offers great city views—very impressive right from arrival. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortably furnished with modern amenities. Our check-in experience was smooth, thanks to the friendly and efficient front desk staff. Special shoutout to Xiao Ya and Xiao Gou—they upgraded our room without hesitation, arranged a late check-out, and even gave us a cute souvenir: a Sanxingdui-themed fridge magnet. It’s such a thoughtful touch that made the stay feel extra special. Overall, the service, location, and value were outstanding. Highly recommend for travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and a personal touch in Chengdu.
