Right downstairs is a metro station, making travel around the city super convenient. The service truly stood out—especially Ella Pang and Gina Gun at the Executive Lounge. When I needed to print a document, they went above and beyond with warmth and efficiency. Their attention to detail and friendly attitude made all the difference. This hotel offers incredible value and comfort—definitely a place I’d return to.

Raffles Shenzhen

Staying at Raffles Shenzhen was an absolute highlight of my trip to Shenzhen. From the view to the food to the staff, everything felt premium and thoughtfully curated. If you're visiting Shenzhen Bay, this hotel is absolutely worth considering—it truly delivers on both scenery and hospitality.
