Hotel Resonance Taipei-Tapestry Collection by Hilton

Staying at Hotel Resonance Taipei – Tapestry Collection by Hilton was an absolute delight! The service was outstanding, and to make it even more special, my daughter’s birthday coincided with our visit—so they surprised us with a little cake. It truly made the moment unforgettable. The location is perfect: quiet yet within walking distance of everything you need. Just a 5-minute stroll from the metro station, and you’re right in the heart of the action. There are countless dining options nearby, plus a 24-hour convenience store for late-night cravings. One standout feature? The front desk offers free food warming for takeout orders, then delivers them straight to your door via robot—such a clever and thoughtful touch. For breakfast, they give you credit directly on your phone, which can be used anytime during Starbucks’ operating hours at the lobby. Great coffee, fresh bread, and even leftovers can be exchanged for cookies or egg rolls to-go—super convenient! This hotel nails the balance between comfort, innovation, and hospitality. I’ll definitely be coming back.

The location is excellent, close to public transit and all the main spots in Taipei. Honestly, this place exceeded my expectations and I’m already planning my next trip back just to stay here again. Hotel Relax I

Staying at Hotel Relax I in Taipei was a fantastic experience! The location is unbeatable—right on the 11th floor of a building just across from McDonald's, with New Sogo Department Store directly opposite. It’s super convenient for shopping and dining, especially since there’s a great red flower teppanyaki restaurant on the B1 level. We each ordered one dish, but honestly, we were still hungry—ended up getting another round. Definitely worth it! The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, modern, and comfortable. Perfect for a short trip or business stay. Highly recommend this gem in Taipei!

Nihao Cafe Hotel

Staying at Nihao Cafe Hotel in Taipei was an absolutely delightful experience, and the staff service truly stood out. From the moment I arrived, the team greeted me with warm smiles and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They were prompt, friendly, and genuinely attentive—offering help with luggage, answering questions, and even suggesting nearby spots to explore. The location is fantastic: just a short walk from the metro station and surrounded by great local eateries, making it easy to enjoy authentic Taipei flavors without going far. The room was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed with a charming café theme—plus, free coffee is available throughout the day, which is a nice touch for coffee lovers. Just Live Inn

Staying at Just Live Inn near Taipei Main Station was an absolute breeze—everything is within walking distance, and the location makes exploring the city so convenient. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in a pleasant experience. I also appreciated the complimentary drink voucher that allowed me to enjoy a cold soda, ice cream, or even a refreshing beer in the evening—small touches that made a big difference. The room’s soundproofing isn’t perfect, especially if you’re sensitive to noise, but it didn’t interfere with my rest at all. Overall, the cleanliness, comfort, and value for money made this stay memorable. I’d definitely book here again on my next trip to Taipei.

Taipei Ximen Wow Hostel

Located right in the heart of Ximending, this hostel is perfect for travelers who love a vibrant atmosphere. The neighborhood is bustling with shops, street food, and nightlife, and the metro station is just steps away—super convenient. The place itself is clean and well-maintained, with spotless bathrooms and showers that make your stay comfortable. One thing to note: if you're sensitive to noise, you might hear some singing from the downstairs karaoke bar before 10 PM. Also, the air conditioning in the room runs very cold—definitely turned it down a bit and used extra blankets, which thankfully were provided. Overall, this is a great value for the location and quality. I’d definitely stay here again if I’m back in Taipei.

Hua Shan Din by Cosmos Creation

Staying at this hotel was such a unique experience—originally a bank vault, the transformation into a stylish boutique property is truly impressive. The playful Babi-themed design is everywhere, from quirky details in the decor to subtle remnants of the original vault structure that add character and charm. The room itself was spotless, with excellent amenities and a super comfortable mattress that made for a restful night’s sleep. Breakfast was a highlight—options like lu rou fan, handmade noodles, and rice vermicelli were served with a generous selection of side dishes, making it both satisfying and diverse. While there isn’t a dedicated kids’ playroom, the location more than makes up for it: just steps away from Hua Shan Exhibition Hall, and right next to a huge park perfect for little ones to run around. We arrived early and enjoyed complimentary snacks and a drink upon check-in—such a nice touch to start the day. This place strikes the perfect balance between urban convenience and relaxed, family-friendly vibes. A true gem in Taipei for travelers seeking comfort, creativity, and a little bit of local flair.

Royal Rose Hotel Xinsheng

Staying at Royal Rose Hotel Xinsheng was such a delightful surprise. Even though it’s a compact boutique-style hostel, the space is thoughtfully designed with everything you could want—on-site coffee bar, snack corner, pool table, and even a small gym on the rooftop. The vibe is warm and cozy, making you feel instantly at home without any of that impersonal hotel stress. I spent a relaxing afternoon in the ground-floor café, sipping coffee, munching on cookies, and working on my laptop while nearby guests played pool. After a quick workout up top, I headed back to my room for some well-deserved rest. The only minor downside? A single mosquito—but honestly, that didn’t ruin the experience. Overall, the location is great, the atmosphere is inviting, and the price point is fantastic. This place has already made it onto my list of go-to spots for future visits. Highly recommend for travelers who value comfort, convenience, and a touch of local charm.

Welove meworld Inn

We had an amazing stay at Welove meworld Inn! The service was outstanding — the front desk team was incredibly helpful and friendly, and they cleaned our room quickly and efficiently upon request before 10 a.m. The front desk is easy to spot on the ground floor, right next to the main entrance and elevators, making check-in and check-out seamless. Our room was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed: slippers, shampoo, shower gel, and even a mini-fridge. The bathroom was compact, but that’s completely expected for a budget hotel in this price range. Just a quick note — smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the property. The location is unbeatable for convenience. There’s street food right downstairs, perfect for late-night cravings. Within walking distance, you’ll find Family Mart, OK Mart, 7-Eleven, and Starbucks — all super handy for snacks and essentials. A short stroll leads you straight to Ximen Station and the vibrant Ximending Night Market, which even has a POP MART store for collectors! Getting to and from the airport is simple — just hop on bus number 1961, which stops near Ximen Crossing. Overall, this is a fantastic budget-friendly gem that delivers excellent value. If you’re visiting Taipei, don’t miss this hidden treasure!
