The panoramic views were truly breathtaking. Our two-night stay included complimentary buffet lunches, which were generous and well-rounded. On the first day, each table received a portion of abalone—rich, tender, and deliciously fresh. The second day’s salt-and-pepper shrimp was good, though not quite as memorable. But what really stood out was the service: every staff member we encountered was warm, attentive, and proactively asked if we needed anything. Their genuine hospitality made the entire experience feel personalized and special. This is definitely a hotel I’d recommend and return to.

After finishing her current task, she swiftly processed a replacement and even suggested getting an extra backup card—so I wouldn’t face the same hassle again. Her attentiveness, calm demeanor, and genuine care stood out so much. It’s rare to encounter service this thoughtful and personal. Yolanda clearly embodies what makes this hotel special—not just the modern design or prime location, but the human touch behind every detail. I’m already planning my next visit. I always choose Moxy when I’m staying overnight in Hongshan—this place has become my go-to. It’s incredibly convenient, just steps away from the 6979 mall, so dining and shopping are super easy. There are plenty of trendy cafes and bars around, making it ideal for a casual night out or a relaxed morning coffee. The hotel itself has a cool, modern vibe with clean lines and stylish touches. Hot water in the bathroom worked perfectly, and the air conditioning kept things comfortable all night. Room cleanliness was excellent—everything felt fresh and well-maintained. One little highlight: the floor lighting makes moving around at night easy and safe. The only minor downside is that the hairdryer area and sink lights are a bit dim, which made makeup application slightly tricky. But overall, this place offers fantastic value, great convenience, and a fun urban feel. Definitely worth a stay if you're visiting Shenzhen.
