After staying at countless hotels, I have to say Novotel Madrid Campo de las Naciones truly stands out. The room was cleaned daily and kept spotless throughout my stay—cleanliness is clearly a priority. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh options that tasted great. Check-in and check-out were both fast and smooth, no delays at all. Right next to the hotel is a huge park filled with dozens of playground equipment—perfect for families with kids who’ll be entertained for hours. It’s also incredibly close to the airport, making it ideal for early flights or late arrivals. I even noticed several airline staff members staying here, which speaks volumes about its reputation. Affordable, convenient, and well-run—this place offers amazing value without compromising on quality.

My flight was delayed, so I had to book a last-minute stay near the airport—and honestly, this place exceeded all my expectations. The location is incredibly convenient: just one metro stop from the airport, and even though there’s an extra 3€ per person for the metro ride, families might find it more practical to take a taxi—only about 10€ and much faster. The hotel itself is fantastic: a lovely outdoor pool perfect for kids, clean rooms with plenty of space, and surprisingly quiet. I booked a standard room but was upgraded to a family room with an extra bed—way more than I expected! Plus, there's a great little supermarket on the ground floor with everything you need at very reasonable prices. A short walk away, you’ll find the British Palace (Palacio de la Bolsa) and several restaurants—great for exploring after check-in. Overall, this is one of those hidden gems where comfort, convenience, and value really come together. If I ever have a layover or late arrival again, I’ll definitely be back.

The front desk staff were friendly, efficient, and went the extra mile by offering early check-in, allowing us to relax and make the most of the amenities right away.
