My stay at Chengdu Jinniu EVEN Hotels was absolutely outstanding—10 out of 10 without a doubt! I especially want to highlight the amazing service from front desk staff Xiao Huang and Xiao Zhang. Check-in was quick, smooth, and professional, and they even proactively shared details about the laundry service and breakfast hours—such a thoughtful touch. Later in the evening, I had a small issue upon returning to the hotel, and reaching out for help was the best decision. They responded instantly with genuine care and enthusiasm, never once showing frustration. Their dedication made the entire trip feel more relaxed and enjoyable. The hotel itself is quiet, well-maintained, and conveniently located near public transit. It’s clear that guest comfort is a top priority here. I loved that the lobby had authentic Sichuan snacks and seasonal hampers, and across the street is Wenshu Fang, a lively food alley with evening street stalls starting at 4 PM.
