I stayed at this hotel for a week during my recent trip to Beijing, and I couldn’t be more impressed. I received over ten parcels during my stay, and the hotel team was incredibly helpful in collecting them for me—delivered straight to my room on check-in day. That was such a relief! The laundry service is outstanding: just drop off your clothes by noon, and by evening they’re returned neatly washed, dried, folded, and waiting in the room. So convenient and thoughtful. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job keeping the room spotless every time I came back—no dust, no mess, just perfect cleanliness. Front desk staff were friendly and professional, always ready to help with anything. What truly touched me was the little gift they gave upon checkout—it felt personal and warm. I especially want to thank the male manager on duty during the day. Without a local phone number, many tasks like ordering food or browsing Taobao were frustratingly difficult. He kindly shared his personal mobile number, which made everything so much easier. His kindness made a huge difference. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I’ll definitely be coming back the next time I visit Beijing.
