Staying at G'Apartment in Da Nang was a frustrating experience overall. We were told we’d be able to check in early (at 3:00 AM), but arrived at the property only to find no one around to greet us—just left waiting in the lobby with no assistance. To make matters worse, we were unexpectedly charged for half a day’s stay right before checkout, with zero prior notice. Breakfast was completely missing—no coffee, not even a single packet—and we were handed just two small bottles of water. The bathroom had only two towels, no hand towels, no soap, and absolutely no extra pillow. What really stood out negatively was being woken up at 11:30 PM by repeated phone calls from staff demanding cash payment. My husband was already unwell and trying to rest, so this was extremely disruptive. The entire stay lacked any sense of comfort or hospitality. Poor communication, inconsistent service, and an overall lack of care made it far from enjoyable. Definitely not a place I’d recommend or return to.

The location is absolutely perfect! It's just a short walk to the local market, Sun World, and Helio Night Market, plus very close to the airport. Even though the building is a bit older, the owner is incredibly kind and welcoming—made our stay so comfortable and memorable. Great value for money and highly recommend!

The condition of the place was so bad that it felt like the kitchenware was more fit for feeding a dog than serving human food. This wasn’t just a bad stay—it was a complete nightmare.
