Fab Hotel is a modern, well-designed 3-star gem located in a fantastic spot in Munich. The bus lines 55, 139, and 155 stop right outside the door—super convenient for getting around town. I only stayed for two nights myself, but I thoroughly enjoyed the comfort of a great bed and an excellent breakfast. The rooms are tastefully furnished, and the bathroom features a spacious shower—very practical and pleasant. One downside: no air conditioning, and some rooms face a very busy street. If you leave the window open, traffic noise can be noticeable, but closing it makes the room quiet and peaceful. Definitely recommend choosing a back-facing room for better tranquility.
