The lounge’s afternoon tea and dinner were exceptional: fresh ingredients, elegant presentation, and the evening drinks were unlimited, which was a real treat. Breakfast was a bit crowded, but the menu was varied and the food tasted great—though I missed trying the dan dan noodles this time (will definitely go back for that!). When checking out, I requested a late checkout, and although they could only accommodate a short extension due to high occupancy, they made every effort to help. At 2 PM, we were led by Mandy, a top-tier guide, who gave a detailed and engaging walkthrough of the facilities, including the fourth-floor museum. My mom was absolutely delighted—it was such a thoughtful addition, and I sincerely hope the hotel keeps this program alive. Service quality was outstanding throughout: warm welcome at check-in, dedicated staff operating elevators on every floor, and even personnel on duty at the lobby after midnight. On my birthday, they surprised us with a beautifully decorated room, a delicious cake (which was seriously one of the best I’ve ever had!), and Zoe personally helped carry my luggage up to the room. When there was a minor air-con issue, they responded immediately—even though it turned out not to be faulty, they still proactively opened the window for fresh air.
