Compared to the adjacent 3010 room, ours felt significantly larger. The elevator was fast and silent, a huge upgrade from the other Oakwood property in the same complex. When we arrived, two friendly staff members immediately came over to help with our luggage and even carried it straight to our room—something I’ve never experienced at a five-star hotel like the Garden Hotel, where you’re always left to carry your own bags.
