Perfect for a large group or family getaway! This modern apartment had everything we needed—clean, well-equipped, and the washer/dryer was a lifesaver. We stayed here for a week while attending a conference at the convention center, and it was just a pleasant 0.8-mile walk. If we wanted to explore the French Quarter, we could hop on the Charles Ave trolley, which stops just one block away. The only minor downside was hearing footsteps from the unit above, especially late at night or early in the morning. If you’re booking, consider requesting a lower-floor unit if possible—it would make for a more peaceful stay. Overall, the location, space, and amenities made this an excellent choice for us, and I’d definitely recommend it.

This newly renovated penthouse is absolutely stunning—immaculate from top to bottom! Located in uptown New Orleans, just a short stroll from the Garden District and within minutes of the French Quarter. The streetcar stop is only three blocks away, free to ride with frequent departures—feels like riding with 50 Cent on speed. The neighborhood has been gentrified but still keeps its authentic charm, with tons of great restaurants, shops, and activities right outside the door. Security cameras are everywhere, but they never felt intrusive—just added peace of mind. The master bedroom has a private balcony, perfect for unwinding after a long day exploring the city. Yes, it takes about 30 steps to get up to the unit, but the space more than makes up for it—huge open layout that comfortably fit six of us, could easily host ten. This is a full rehab done with care, bringing back the original elegance of the building. Every detail was thoughtfully restored. We never ran out of hot water, toilet paper, soap, or towels—everything was stocked and pristine. Honestly, this place was C-L-E-A-N. If you're looking for an unforgettable stay in New Orleans, this is it. 10/10—worth every penny!

Arriving at the hotel, we were immediately disappointed by the unfriendly front desk staff. The room was directly facing the street, with windows so dirty that it was nearly impossible to see outside. Despite being advertised as a non-smoking property, the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke—so intense that we checked out after just five minutes and paid extra for a new hotel. The location is far from downtown New Orleans, making it inconvenient for tourists. As a young couple, we found this stay extremely unsatisfying and not worth the price. It would be completely impractical for families too. Overall, a very disappointing experience with no redeeming qualities.
