We were looking for a hotel close to the airport and stumbled upon this Novotel on Chamiers Road—what a great find! The interior design is stunning, with a modern yet welcoming vibe. Our room and bathroom were spotless, and everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The front desk and housekeeping staff went above and beyond with their friendly and efficient service. The location is ideal—just minutes from the city center and super convenient for airport transfers. We had such a pleasant stay that we’re already planning to return for a longer visit. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Chennai!

The staff were genuinely welcoming and friendly from check-in to checkout. The room was spotless and well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast options were impressive—plenty of variety, including local favorites and international choices, so there was something for everyone. That said, room service wasn’t up to par. Every time I tried to call, the line went straight to reception, and they’d have to transfer me—no direct access. Even for a simple request like a pot of coffee, the wait was often around 30 minutes. It’s frustrating when you’re just looking for a quick refreshment. Despite that, my overall experience was positive. The location is excellent—close to major IT hubs and easily accessible by public transport. The hotel offers great value, and I’d definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Chennai.

The Residency in Chennai offers a wonderfully inviting atmosphere that truly stands out. From the moment you step in, you're greeted with a calm and elegant ambiance that makes you feel right at home. The location is excellent—just a short commute to the city center via metro—and there are plenty of great dining options nearby. Breakfast was delicious and fresh, adding to the overall value. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. I had a peaceful and restful stay, and I’d definitely recommend this place to fellow travelers looking for a relaxing yet convenient experience.

We've stayed at Sreedevi Residency on Sundaram Street, T. Nagar, Chennai for the past five years whenever we visit the city, and the location remains one of the biggest pluses—very convenient for getting around by metro and close to local attractions. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful, which is always a plus. However, breakfast service has been inconsistent over time—sometimes only a few items are served, other times it's more complete, but there’s no clear pattern or communication about what to expect. Room quality is average, but maintenance issues are concerning. The air conditioning units constantly leak water, and in every room, at least one light flickers intermittently. Exposed electrical wires hang out of sockets, posing a serious safety risk. Even more alarming, we experienced mild electric shocks from bathroom taps and running water—something completely unacceptable, especially with children present. While the management did offer free luggage storage and courier handling for three weeks during our stay, just a day before arrival they sent a message demanding Rs. 1,000 per day for 21 days. This was misleading and completely unexpected. Bala Venkat and Saravan handled the situation poorly—creating unnecessary stress, showing little empathy, and refusing to waive the charges despite the lack of prior notice. Their communication was unprofessional, and their attitude felt manipulative. After years of trust, this experience has severely damaged our confidence in the hotel. We’re disappointed and will not be returning.

Our stay at Hotel Aadithya was absolutely outstanding. The hotel’s location is perfect—right across from Vijaya Mall, which means you’re steps away from shopping outlets, a supermarket, and a lively food court. The front desk team—including Deepa, Vinoth, Subramani, Prem Kumar, Kalidoss, and Sakthivel—were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout the visit. Room cleaning by Ratna was consistently excellent, keeping our space spotless every day. Breakfast at Nook Restaurant was a highlight: Srinivas, Akulu, Aping, Ponni, and Deva made each morning special with their warm hospitality and delicious variety of South Indian dosas. I especially recommend trying Deva’s waffles and banana cake—they’re simply unforgettable. Continental breakfast options were also available and equally satisfying. Whether you're visiting Chennai for business or family time, Hotel Aadithya delivers an exceptional experience. It’s a place that truly feels like home away from home.

I stayed at Hotel Mount Kailash Suites for 14 days, and as always, it felt just like home. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and attention to detail that made me feel truly welcome. The staff here go above and beyond—special shoutout to Alok and Vijay, whose friendly and thoughtful service made my stay unforgettable. Whether it’s the clean, comfortable rooms or the seamless hospitality, everything about this place is top-notch. Whenever I visit Chennai, I automatically book here without hesitation. If you're looking for a welcoming, well-run hotel with genuine care, this is the one. Highly recommend giving it a try—you won’t be disappointed!

Staying at A.R Residency was an absolute delight! The location is perfect—right in the heart of Chennai, making it super easy to explore nearby attractions, restaurants, and local markets. Everything you need is just a short walk away, and the neighborhood feels safe and vibrant. The apartment itself is clean, well-maintained, and offers great value for money. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Chennai—it’s a home-away-from-home with unbeatable convenience.

Staying at Bloom Hub Guindy was a delightful experience from start to finish. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and offered a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring Chennai. Check-in and check-out were seamless—no delays or hassles, which made the whole process stress-free. The location is excellent: centrally situated and just minutes away from major attractions, shopping areas, and public transit. Getting around town was effortless. The dining options were satisfying—simple but tasty, with good variety for breakfast and evening meals. What truly stood out was the staff: friendly, attentive, and always ready to help without being intrusive. Their proactive approach made a big difference in making the stay feel personal and welcoming. Overall, it’s a top-tier choice for travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality in Chennai. I’d happily return and recommend this place to anyone visiting the city.

Staying at this hotel in Chennai was an absolute delight from start to finish. The location is excellent—just a short walk from local attractions and public transport, making it super convenient for exploring the city. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable with a cozy bed that made for a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was a highlight—authentic Indian flavors, fresh ingredients, and generous portions. Even though I’m not usually into spicy food, I couldn’t resist trying everything. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, offering warm smiles and quick assistance whenever needed. The front desk team went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. Security felt reliable throughout the day and night, which added to the overall sense of safety. The neighborhood itself is peaceful and well-maintained, perfect for both business and leisure travelers. This place truly delivers on comfort, cleanliness, and hospitality. I’d absolutely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Chennai.

Staying here with friends was a fantastic experience! The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed—definitely one of the most comfortable stays I’ve had in Chennai. Located right in the heart of the IT district, everything is just a short walk or quick transit away, making it super convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The staff, especially Laxmikanta and his team, were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help—whether it was recommending local restaurants or arranging transport. Their warm hospitality made our stay feel personal and welcoming. If you’re looking for a modern, well-located, and genuinely hospitable place to stay in Chennai, this is definitely a top pick.

The staff were incredibly helpful, assisting us with carrying our bags to the room and offering great support throughout our stay. That said, a few amenities we expected weren’t available, which was disappointing. We managed to get by, but ultimately decided to check out the very next day—despite originally planning to stay longer. The hotel itself is decent and well-maintained, but missing some key features we had hoped for. It’s a solid option if you’re looking for a no-frills stay, just be aware of what’s not included.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel—it felt warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist, especially one young team member who went out of their way to help us throughout our visit. The room was comfortable and clean, with everything we needed for a relaxing break. That said, I did notice there’s room for a bit more professionalism—like having staff in uniforms—but it’s not a dealbreaker since everyone was so genuinely helpful. Just a heads-up for future travelers: if you arrive before the standard check-in time, there’s an extra fee for early access. Overall, this is a solid choice for a pleasant and hassle-free stay. It’s not fancy, but it delivers great value and good vibes—perfect for travelers looking for a cozy, no-fuss experience.
