The actual property didn't match the photos at all—there was a big difference between what was shown online and the real place. While it's conveniently located near the city center and close to public transit, the room condition and cleanliness were below expectations. The overall experience was disappointing, especially considering the price point. If you're only looking for a basic stay with easy access to transportation, it might work as a short-term option, but if comfort and quality matter to you, I'd recommend checking out other accommodations in Riyadh.

This was my first time staying at a hotel that ran out of towels—completely unacceptable. The Wi-Fi in the room didn’t work at all, making it hard to stay connected. To make matters worse, there’s literally no restaurant or food option nearby. I had to walk far just to grab a bite. Overall, the experience fell short of basic expectations and I definitely won’t be returning.

Stayed in two different rooms—one on the 6th floor and another on the 7th—and had an overall fantastic experience. The only minor downside was the fitness center, but since I’m already a member of another gym, it didn’t affect me at all.
