Without it, I couldn’t access the door, and trying to reach front desk support was frustratingly difficult. Still, the hostel itself is fantastic—clean, stylish, and well-organized. The only thing to note is that the unit is on the ground floor with no view, but honestly, we didn’t mind at all—it’s quiet, private, and very accessible. For the location, comfort, and value, this place is hard to beat. I’d definitely book again next time I visit Vienna.
