The hotel was immaculately clean and quiet, creating a peaceful retreat after a busy day out. Staying at The Star Grand Brisbane was a fantastic experience overall! The room was spacious and well-designed, offering plenty of comfort and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive—always ready to help with anything we needed. It's definitely a great value for the location and amenities. One minor issue stood out: the shower pressure was surprisingly weak, making it take forever to rinse shampoo out of my hair. What made it even more puzzling is that the bathtub and sink had strong water flow, so it’s strange that only the shower had low pressure. It really affected the showering experience. Hopefully, the hotel can look into fixing this soon—it would make an already excellent stay even better. Overall, I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Brisbane who wants convenience, comfort, and top-notch service.
