We were looking for a hotel close to the airport and stumbled upon this Novotel on Chamiers Road—what a great find! The interior design is stunning, with a modern yet welcoming vibe. Our room and bathroom were spotless, and everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The front desk and housekeeping staff went above and beyond with their friendly and efficient service. The location is ideal—just minutes from the city center and super convenient for airport transfers. We had such a pleasant stay that we’re already planning to return for a longer visit. Walked straight into the bar upon arrival, and was immediately impressed by the inviting ambiance. The bar is well-stocked with a great selection of adult beverages and features creative cocktails and mocktails—especially some unique Kerala-inspired drinks that stood out. Since we visited during lunchtime, it wasn’t crowded at all, making it a relaxed and enjoyable spot to unwind. They even offered to serve our lunch right there, which we gladly accepted. We tried a few authentic Kerala delicacies, and every bite was fresh and full of flavor. It’s a fantastic blend of good vibes, tasty food, and excellent drinks—perfect for a laid-back meal or a casual drink after exploring the city.
