We were left with nowhere to sleep until some friends kindly let us crash at their place. Luckily, the platform processed a refund, but the hostel never even acknowledged my message or showed any remorse. If you’re considering staying here, please know what kind of service you might get—poor communication, zero accountability, and zero empathy. Definitely not worth the risk.
