However, there was one small issue on the first night: we returned late after a walk and noticed the air conditioner was making noticeable noise, disrupting our sleep. We called the front desk right away, and their response was incredibly fast—staff arrived shortly to check the unit. Unfortunately, the technician confirmed it couldn’t be fixed immediately. But instead of leaving us with the problem, the front desk manager personally came up to assist and arranged a quiet, alternative room without hesitation. It was impressive how swiftly they handled the situation with care and professionalism. Even though we faced an unexpected technical issue, the team turned it into a positive experience by prioritizing guest comfort. Their proactive approach truly reflects excellent service standards. I’m genuinely impressed and will definitely come back. Highly recommend this hotel for its reliability, responsiveness, and genuine hospitality.

Booking was smooth and check-in was quick and hassle-free, though a deposit was required—totally worth it. The room was spacious with everything I needed, and all the amenities were well thought out and in excellent condition. The gym stood out—huge space with a great selection of professional equipment, even including a ping pong table (I lost a few games to my girlfriend—she’s got serious skills!). Breakfast, in collaboration with The Breakfast Club, was fantastic: fresh, tasty, and well-balanced. The lake view from the room was another highlight—calming and peaceful, especially in the morning when the sun hit the water. That said, there are a few drawbacks. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, so the hallway on our floor had wooden planks laid down, which made walking a bit noisy. One elevator was out of service during our stay, so we had to wait longer for the other one. Location-wise, it’s not ideal for walking—no clear sidewalks, and the street outside is busy with traffic. Even from the top floor, I could hear constant car noise throughout the day, so sound insulation isn’t great. Still, overall, this was an excellent stay. If you’re planning to rely on taxis or ride-sharing services, this place offers great value for money. It’s quiet, clean, and well-equipped—perfect for travelers who prioritize comfort over walkability.

I was upgraded to a high-floor room on the 31st floor—what a view! The sofa bed on the balcony is so comfortable, I could’ve easily spent an entire day lounging there. Location-wise, it’s perfectly positioned for exploring the city, with easy access to public transit. It’s not just convenient—it’s a real gem in terms of value. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I visit Bangkok. Highly recommend!

We also want to thank Pualyn, Rainbow, and Pooh for their attentive, genuine hospitality—they made us feel like family throughout our stay. Breakfast was a highlight too; they rotate the menu daily, so you never get bored with the same options. The only small downside? The TV doesn’t support screen mirroring from my phone, and even though Netflix is available, I couldn’t stream it directly. That said, it’s a minor issue in an otherwise excellent stay. Highly recommend this hotel for travelers who value convenience, comfort, and great service.

Oh, and don’t miss the little street vendor selling Thai milk tea right outside the hotel—it’s delicious and such a nice touch. Overall, this place offers incredible value, comfort, and convenience. I’ll definitely be coming back whenever I visit Bangkok again!

When we were heading to the concert at the National Stadium to see Coldplay, he helped negotiate taxi fares—which were way too expensive—and even used Bolt to arrange a motorcycle ride for us. That kind of thoughtful care made all the difference. Getting around is easy: just a 15-minute walk to the BTS station. During the day, you can hop on a moto-taxi; in the evening, walking is pleasant and not hot. Right across the street is a 7-Eleven, and within 500 meters, there are plenty of massage parlors and restaurants. Everything you need is close by. This place feels fresh, well-located, and super welcoming—I’d definitely come back.

The hotel is perfectly located: right next to Conrad Residences, with a shuttle service just steps away from the nearest metro station. Walking out the front door, you’re already at a 7-Eleven—super convenient for late-night snacks or essentials. Inside the building, there’s a whole lifestyle floor: pharmacies, supermarkets, and a wide variety of restaurants spread across two levels. The vibe reminds me a bit of Beijing’s Yidichiao area, especially the Yidegang complex with its boutique hotel atmosphere—similar to the style of Dongyu Hotel—but with a more refined, upscale twist.
