The location is excellent—just a short walk to the Red CAT bus stop on King Street (about 94 meters away), and it's also within easy reach of Perth Underground Station (290m) and Perth Station (650m). I arrived early at 8 AM and was able to check in ahead of schedule thanks to my Accor membership. The check-in process was smooth, and I was able to enter my room right after settling the deposit. I stayed for three nights—using a credit or debit card, we only needed to pay AUD 300 upfront, but since my friend and I paid in cash, we handed over AUD 500, which was fully refunded upon checkout before 11 AM. There’s also a great local kebab spot nearby, perfect for a quick bite. The only downsides are that the hotel doesn’t provide toothbrushes due to their plastic reduction policy, so bring your own. Also, there’s a nightclub directly across from the hotel, so if your room faces the main road, you might hear some weekend noise—but it wasn’t loud enough to disrupt sleep. My friend and I slept comfortably throughout our stay. Overall, this is a solid choice with great convenience and value.

On the return trip, the pickup point is directly opposite the hotel, clearly marked and easy to find. Plus, the lobby features complimentary refreshments and a water dispenser—always nice to have when you’re on the go. Overall, this was an outstanding stay at Four Points by Sheraton Perth. From the warm welcome to the thoughtful touches, everything felt well thought out. If you're visiting Perth, this is a top choice for comfort, convenience, and value.
