What really stood out was the New Year’s Eve celebration: on December 31st, 2025, the hotel gave each guest 12 grapes, allowing us to take part in the traditional Spanish countdown. It added such a fun, authentic touch to our stay. We stayed four nights and felt safe, comfortable, and well taken care of throughout. The overall experience reminded me so much of staying at other Mercure hotels back home in China—consistent quality, reliable service, and great value. This trip was truly memorable, and I’d definitely recommend this property.

We especially appreciated how the platform stepped in when we had an issue: we were four female travelers who really wanted separate beds for better sleep quality, but another hotel had changed our two single beds into one double bed without notice. The platform quickly and thoughtfully arranged a room change to this hotel—no hassle, no stress. Their responsiveness and care truly stood out. This stay was perfect, and we’ll definitely be booking through them again.
