Even if English isn’t your strong suit, communication was smooth and welcoming. The room itself was spacious, with excellent shower pressure and consistent water temperature—no sudden spikes or drops. One minor note: the walls are a bit thin, and due to the lively local culture, some noise from neighboring rooms can be heard occasionally. But honestly, that didn’t detract much from the overall experience. Mexico City feels safer than many other major cities in North America, and I’d definitely recommend it to fellow travelers from Japan and beyond. A fantastic choice for comfort, location, and value.

Our room was clean, modern, and comfortable—exactly what we needed after a long day of sightseeing. The only issue we encountered was with breakfast. We had booked a room with breakfast included, but the offerings were inconsistent over the three days. On day one, we received just a small piece of toast and a few pieces of fruit—barely enough for an adult. Day two, we were offered a full selection from the main menu, including various egg dishes, which felt much more appropriate. Then on day three, we were back to the minimal breakfast again, which was confusing since we’d expected consistency. Despite this mix-up, the overall experience was outstanding. The hotel’s service, comfort, and location made up for any minor hiccups. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers.
