Staff were incredibly helpful, especially one team member named Xiaoqi Sun who went above and beyond to help me recover a lost piece of jewelry. So grateful! Several restaurant staff spoke fluent Chinese, making communication smooth and stress-free. The club lounge staff were warm and attentive too. My only note: there’s a persistent gasoline smell near the second-floor entrance, where staff often stand guard. It’s not just unpleasant—it’s concerning for their well-being. I sincerely hope this gets addressed during the upcoming renovation. Otherwise, this hotel is absolutely perfect.

Whether you're exploring the city or just relaxing nearby, everything feels within reach. It's clear this hotel values guest comfort and convenience. The room itself was minimalist yet refined—warm wood flooring, soft ambient lighting, and a calming atmosphere that made every moment feel luxurious. For shopping, just hop on the Ginza Line to Sanyo-mae Station—just a short walk from the Sanyo Department Store's Nihonbashi branch, where tax refunds are quick and hassle-free. A taxi to Isetan Shinjuku costs around ¥2,500, which is reasonable. There’s also a convenience store in the underground passage linking to the station—but note it’s not open 24 hours. Breakfast is a highlight: the Japanese-style meal is prepared by the hotel’s in-house restaurant, Mizuran, and delivers top-quality flavors that leave you truly satisfied. Just remember to order by 10:00 AM. Overall, this hotel is ideal for business travelers, shoppers, or those exploring nearby attractions. With great dining options and the ability to reserve private rooms for client dinners or gatherings, it’s a perfect blend of comfort, location, and service. Truly exceptional.

The only minor issue was a bit of dust trapped in the corner seams near the bedhead; I’m sensitive to dust, and when I reached for my phone case, it kicked up some particles and caused several sneezes. A deeper clean in those tight spots would be appreciated. Still, the location, comfort, and overall vibe make this a top choice for a memorable stay in Tokyo.

Even though the room is standard Tokyo size, it’s cleverly designed with a comfortable bed (just the right firmness) and high-quality linens that made for a deep, restful sleep. The bathroom features a well-separated wet/dry area and a generous soaking tub—perfect for unwinding. But the real highlight? The rooftop natural hot spring bath. Using mineral-rich beauty spring water, it leaves your skin silky smooth. Soaking while watching the glittering Shibuya skyline at night is pure bliss.
