Getting to the airport takes only about 10–15 minutes by car, which made my travel plans super smooth. The property is spacious and well-designed, with a huge pool that has both shallow and deep ends, plus a fun splash area perfect for kids. There are plenty of family-friendly activities, making it ideal for travelers with children. Breakfast was outstanding—huge variety, fresh ingredients, and delicious options from local Thai dishes to international favorites. The staff were incredibly attentive; anything I needed, whether it was extra towels or room service, arrived quickly and with a smile. We were devastated, but Nuch didn’t hesitate—he immediately reached out to local travel agencies, helped track down possible locations, and miraculously got it back! He personally delivered it to our villa the next day. That level of care and dedication left us deeply touched. The housekeeping staff was equally thoughtful—daily breakfast setup and laundry service made our stay so much more comfortable. The villa itself is quiet, clean, and well-appointed, with great access to public transport if you want to explore the city.
