We called the front desk right away, and their response was incredibly fast—staff arrived shortly to check the unit. Unfortunately, the technician confirmed it couldn’t be fixed immediately. But instead of leaving us with the problem, the front desk manager personally came up to assist and arranged a quiet, alternative room without hesitation. It was impressive how swiftly they handled the situation with care and professionalism. Even though we faced an unexpected technical issue, the team turned it into a positive experience by prioritizing guest comfort. Their proactive approach truly reflects excellent service standards. I’m genuinely impressed and will definitely come back. Highly recommend this hotel for its reliability, responsiveness, and genuine hospitality.

Breakfast, in collaboration with The Breakfast Club, was fantastic: fresh, tasty, and well-balanced. The lake view from the room was another highlight—calming and peaceful, especially in the morning when the sun hit the water. That said, there are a few drawbacks. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, so the hallway on our floor had wooden planks laid down, which made walking a bit noisy. One elevator was out of service during our stay, so we had to wait longer for the other one. Location-wise, it’s not ideal for walking—no clear sidewalks, and the street outside is busy with traffic. Even from the top floor, I could hear constant car noise throughout the day, so sound insulation isn’t great. Still, overall, this was an excellent stay. If you’re planning to rely on taxis or ride-sharing services, this place offers great value for money. It’s quiet, clean, and well-equipped—perfect for travelers who prioritize comfort over walkability.

I was upgraded to a high-floor room on the 31st floor—what a view! The sofa bed on the balcony is so comfortable, I could’ve easily spent an entire day lounging there. Location-wise, it’s perfectly positioned for exploring the city, with easy access to public transit. It’s not just convenient—it’s a real gem in terms of value. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I visit Bangkok. Highly recommend!

We also want to thank Pualyn, Rainbow, and Pooh for their attentive, genuine hospitality—they made us feel like family throughout our stay. I loved having access to both a pool and a fully equipped fitness center—perfect for staying active during my trip. Breakfast was a highlight too; they rotate the menu daily, so you never get bored with the same options. The only small downside? The TV doesn’t support screen mirroring from my phone, and even though Netflix is available, I couldn’t stream it directly. That said, it’s a minor issue in an otherwise excellent stay. Highly recommend this hotel for travelers who value convenience, comfort, and great service.

The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the airport line station, though the path isn’t perfectly paved, so hauling luggage can be a bit tricky. But once you arrive, the entrance may have stairs, but the elevator shoots straight to the 18th-floor lobby, and it’s fast and smooth. Even before check-in, staff were already helping with our bags—such a welcoming touch. We paid a 2,000 THB deposit upon arrival, which felt fair given the service level. Our room was on the 65th floor—the Sky Suite—spacious, with panoramic views that stretched across the entire city skyline. The bathroom was large, had a standalone bathtub, strong water pressure, and all the essentials were provided, including bottled water. While the interior decor feels a bit dated, cleanliness was impeccable throughout. Breakfast was a highlight: we took the elevator up to the 77th floor, then transferred to either the 78th or 81st floor for a multi-level buffet spread. The layout is circular and spacious, so no crowding, and the international selection was varied and abundant. However, the menu stayed mostly unchanged over three days, which made it feel a bit repetitive. There's also an outdoor seating area where you can relax and enjoy the view. We booked a full-body massage at the 20th floor—60 minutes for just 700 THB—and it was deeply relaxing. For something quick, the foot massage at the 69th floor (30 minutes for 300 THB) was perfect. The rooftop revolving observation deck is stunning, especially at sunset. And one of the biggest perks? A huge, free luggage storage facility on the top floor—ideal for storing bags before check-in or after checkout. This hotel truly delivers on comfort, convenience, and value. I’d definitely return.
