The room itself was spacious and exactly what we wanted—a 1.5-meter twin bed setup with top-notch cleanliness and hygiene. The lobby even had helpful signage pointing to nearby attractions, and Xiao Ma went the extra mile by suggesting a personalized travel plan based on our interests. The downstairs Western restaurant had a clean, comfortable setting, though the menu wasn’t overly varied—but still, portions were generous and satisfying. One small downside: coffee came only in a cup, but no stirrers or spoons were provided. When we asked the server about it, they seemed indifferent and said there was no standard offering. We also noticed that milk for coffee wasn’t available, though fresh milk was on hand—just not convenient for coffee use. Additionally, after finishing dessert, plates were left on the table, and the server didn’t proactively clear them until prompted. That said, the hotel’s location is unbeatable—right next to Chunxi Road Metro Station and IFS, making exploration super easy. Room quality, comfort, and pricing all felt fair and reasonable. Despite a few minor service hiccups, the overall experience was positive, and we’d definitely recommend this place for its convenience and value.
