Staying at the Hampton Inn & Suites Dallas / Downtown was a great experience overall. The room size is comparable to mid-range budget business hotels in China, and the facilities are well-maintained—clean, tidy, and functional. Breakfast was decent, similar to what you’d expect from a standard chain hotel like HanTing Express back home—simple but satisfying. I was traveling solo and my English isn’t strong, so I was a bit nervous about communication when stepping out. Thankfully, the front desk staff were incredibly helpful. One of the ladies went above and beyond to assist me with purchasing a Grehound ticket, which made my trip much smoother. Her kindness and professionalism really stood out. The location is convenient, the service is warm, and the value for money is excellent. Definitely recommend this hotel if you're visiting downtown Dallas.

Stayed at TownePlace Suites Dallas Downtown and was blown away by the spaciousness of the room—easily the largest I've ever experienced at this price point. The king bed, sofa sleeper, and full kitchenette made it feel like a home away from home. Late check-out at 12 PM was such a welcome convenience for our schedule. Wide hallways and a stunning view of downtown skyscrapers added to the appeal. The room was spotless and warmly welcoming. Plus, it's just a short walk to Main Street—perfect for exploring nearby shops and restaurants. Front desk staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help; check-in and check-out went smoothly. The free breakfast offered a great variety of hot, satisfying options. Parking across the street is affordable and easy to pay for online. This place truly delivers on comfort, location, and value. 10/10—definitely coming back!

I stayed at Bishop Arts Suites and overall, I was really impressed. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the artistic vibe of the rooms made for a unique and cozy atmosphere. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was modern, and the AC worked perfectly. Only minor issue was that the TV wouldn’t turn on during my stay—tried restarting it a few times with no luck—but since everything else was great, it didn’t ruin the experience. Definitely worth considering for a stylish, quiet getaway in Dallas.

For a downtown location with such great value, this place is a hidden gem. I’ll definitely be returning.

This stay was absolutely disappointing. The front desk experience was the worst I've had in a long time. When checking in, the staff member yelled at me simply because she couldn’t locate my reservation, even after I showed her the booking confirmation, receipt, and reservation code. She insisted we don’t work with apps or online platforms — which is completely false, as I had booked through a trusted system. Her lack of professionalism and refusal to acknowledge valid proof was frustrating and unprofessional. The room itself felt outdated, poorly maintained, and lacked basic comfort. For the price, this hotel offers nothing in return. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a decent, hassle-free stay in Dallas. Truly a waste of time and money.
Skyline Trinity
I was really disappointed with my stay at Skyline Trinity. I booked a night, but never received the check-in link, and my messages went completely unanswered. I even showed up in person, only to be left scrambling to find another place to stay at the last minute. This experience was incredibly frustrating and a major waste of time. I hope the platform takes steps to prevent this from happening to other guests.

The location of this hotel is excellent—just a 10-minute walk to the convention center, and the route is safe and well-lit with no feeling of being off the beaten path. While the breakfast selection is a bit limited, the quality is solid and sufficient for a quick morning meal. Being right in downtown Dallas, everything you need—from dining and shopping to attractions—is within easy reach. It’s a great value for the price, and I’d definitely stay here again if I’m back in town.
