One of the ladies went above and beyond to assist me with purchasing a Grehound ticket, which made my trip much smoother. Her kindness and professionalism really stood out. The location is convenient, the service is warm, and the value for money is excellent. Definitely recommend this hotel if you're visiting downtown Dallas.

Front desk staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help; check-in and check-out went smoothly. The free breakfast offered a great variety of hot, satisfying options. Parking across the street is affordable and easy to pay for online. This place truly delivers on comfort, location, and value. 10/10—definitely coming back!
