The front desk staff, especially Xiao Zhang and Manager Mao, were warm, professional, and efficient during check-in. Room assignment by Manager Zhou was spot-on—quiet, comfortable, and well-maintained. Their attention to detail and genuine care made the whole experience stand out. From start to finish, everything felt thoughtfully handled. Public transport access is seamless, and getting around the city couldn’t be easier. Parking was convenient, and even better—our food delivery was brought straight to our room without any hassle. Staying at The Ritz-Carlton Chengdu was an overall delightful experience. While the morning breakfast area felt slightly chilly with inadequate warm airflow from the air conditioning, and the bed could’ve used a bit more plushness—though it was still very comfortable—I didn’t feel any urge to switch rooms or check out. The overhead showerhead seemed to need descaling, but again, it didn’t detract from the stay. Breakfast offerings were solid, though the pastries leaned on the sweeter side, and the freshly squeezed juice wasn’t prepared in front of guests—leading me to wonder if it was truly fresh or pre-made (it did show slight separation). I also missed seeing small wontons on the menu, but these minor points don’t overshadow the bigger picture. The ambiance, service, and attention to detail are top-notch. This is definitely a hotel worth considering for future visits—no regrets, just a strong desire to come back.

I stayed in Chengdu for a game and chose this hotel near Chunxi Road—perfect location! Nestled on a quiet street, it’s just a 10-minute walk to Taikoo Li, so everything was super convenient. The lobby is on the 38th floor, and I was on the 58th—what an incredible view and atmosphere from the moment you step in. From check-in onward, the staff were warm and attentive. The executive perks included afternoon tea and happy hour, both memorable experiences. I especially loved the panda-shaped latte art—so cute I had to grab one every morning. One time I was holding two cups at the juice bar, unsure what to pick, and a staff member immediately came over to ask if I needed help—such great service awareness. Plus, the dry cleaning service made packing and travel so stress-free. This was truly a flawless stay. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Chengdu!

Our check-in experience was smooth, thanks to the friendly and efficient front desk staff. Special shoutout to Xiao Ya and Xiao Gou—they upgraded our room without hesitation, arranged a late check-out, and even gave us a cute souvenir: a Sanxingdui-themed fridge magnet. It’s such a thoughtful touch that made the stay feel extra special. Overall, the service, location, and value were outstanding.
