What really impressed me was the little touches in the bathroom: a lip balm and compact mirror tucked into the toiletry kit, which shows an understanding of guests’ needs that even some luxury brands overlook. Staff are warm and attentive, though a few small improvements could elevate the experience further—offering a drink while waiting to check in would be a nice gesture, and unsealing the slippers during turndown service instead of just placing them on the floor would add a more refined touch.
