Staying at Erian Hotel was an absolutely unforgettable experience! The view from the room was breathtaking—towering over the city skyline with stunning panoramic vistas that made every moment feel special. The service truly stood out, especially thanks to the amazing staff members Sheina and Shelly. They were incredibly attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. From check-in to checkout, their professionalism and warmth made all the difference. The location is convenient, close to everything without being too noisy. I’ve never seen such a high level of hospitality in a hotel setting. If you're visiting Jakarta, this is hands down my top recommendation. I’ll definitely be back!

We recently hosted a large gathering of Indonesian family and friends at Batavia Apartment ST — this was our third visit within the past year (the last time right after Ramadan). We were celebrating a child’s birthday and also planning to visit Jakarta Fair. From the moment we arrived, every staff member — from gate security and front desk to housekeeping and restaurant team — greeted us with genuine warmth and helpfulness. The apartments are spacious, spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and exude a cozy, classy homely vibe that truly felt like home. Our Indonesian friends absolutely loved it. The pool, gym, and sauna are excellent amenities, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. While I didn’t have breakfast on either day due to feeling under the weather, I’ve dined here before and can confirm the restaurant manager and team deliver top-notch service — we had around 18 guests in total, including friends dropping by spontaneously, and everything ran smoothly. The only minor issue is that the TV occasionally glitches, but the Wi-Fi is fast and reliable. Located in a safe, family-friendly neighborhood, the property is just steps away from a 24-hour convenience store and packed with diverse dining options. Overall, it’s a laid-back, welcoming retreat ideal for groups and families who value comfort, convenience, and great hospitality.

The breakfast spread was another highlight, featuring a wide range of delicious options. I especially loved the rich chocolate croissant and the comforting chicken porridge, which hit the spot. The rooms were clean, modern, and cozy, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed. The room itself offers a stunning view, perfect for relaxing after a busy day exploring the city. Location-wise, it's ideally situated near Thamrin’s main attractions and public transport, making everything super accessible. Service is attentive without being intrusive, and the overall atmosphere feels modern, clean, and welcoming. If you're looking for comfort, convenience, and top-tier hospitality in Jakarta, this hotel is a must-try. Would book again in a heartbeat.

It’s perfect for business travelers who want a reliable, no-frills stay with a touch of consistency you can count on. If your budget allows, upgrading to a Mercure or similar brand is also worth considering. For those on tighter budgets, other local chains provide decent alternatives—but this property stands out compared to typical low-cost guesthouses back home. Ultimately, when traveling to a developing country, it doesn’t make sense to settle for less than what you’d expect at home. This hotel delivers exactly that: a dependable, well-located, and reasonably priced experience that exceeds expectations for the price point.

I chose All Seasons Thamrin Hotel for its unbeatable location, excellent facilities, and great value for money. The hotel is just steps away from the airport rail link, MRT, Busway, and other regional train lines—making travel around Jakarta incredibly convenient. The room was surprisingly spacious, even larger than most business-class hotels in this category. I was impressed by the quality and variety of the breakfast options—fresh, tasty, and well-presented. The on-site restaurant and café area are also perfect for daytime meetings with colleagues or clients. For business travelers like me who want to stay active, the gym and spa/massage services are a real plus. The only minor drawback is that long-stay accommodations are often limited, making it hard to find suitable extended-stay packages. Still, with its central location, comfort, and thoughtful amenities, this hotel delivers an outstanding experience overall. Definitely a top choice if you're visiting Jakarta for work or leisure.

Stayed for two nights and absolutely loved it! The hotel is spotless, comfortable, and the breakfast options were surprisingly varied and satisfying. The in-room pantry area was a nice touch—very convenient for quick snacks or drinks. The location is great, just a short walk from the subway station, making it easy to explore Jakarta. The city views from the windows are stunning, especially at sunset. I also appreciated the artistic touches throughout—the hallway and rooms feature beautiful paintings and artwork that add character. The only minor downside is that the bathroom could use more natural light, but cleanliness and amenities were excellent overall. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing stay, and I’ll definitely be booking again.
