This was hands down the worst rental experience of my life. I absolutely do not recommend booking here. After a long flight with young kids, we spent a full two hours struggling to check in remotely—no clear instructions were provided by the host. We were added to a WhatsApp group filled with unnecessary messages and confusion. No video guide for unlocking the door, and the Wi-Fi was barely functional. The most disappointing part? Our RM300 deposit has still not been refunded after 18 days—just empty promises. This entire stay ruined what could have been a great trip to Malaysia. I’ve had enough. Please return my money immediately.
