The hotel’s central location is perfect—walking distance to major attractions and easy access by subway. Upgrading our room for a small fee to a spacious 1,076 sq ft suite was absolutely worth it. Floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views of Chang’an Avenue and the East Second Ring Road, especially stunning at night when the city lights painted the skyline like a dream. With two generous beds and a cozy sofa, the whole family felt comfortable and relaxed throughout our stay. The lobby was beautifully decorated for the holiday season, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed the rich, aromatic pour-over coffee from the on-site café and the authentic Cantonese cuisine at Yipin Tang—each dish was thoughtfully prepared and delicious. What truly stood out was the exceptional service from Leo in the business department, who guided us through every step, from room selection to check-in, making us feel genuinely welcomed. The front desk team, concierge staff at the executive lounge, Mandy from Yipin Tang, and the three housekeeping team members (Zhao Xiangqin, Liu HuaJiu, and Su Nannan) were all friendly, professional, and attentive. Their dedication made the experience unforgettable. This isn’t just a luxury stay—it’s a true reflection of five-star excellence. Even though the hotel looks like just a two-star property from the outside, the service truly exceeded my expectations. It's incredibly close to Beijing Capital Airport—right when I arrived, they even gave me clear instructions on which exit to take for the quickest access. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I was pleasantly surprised by a complimentary upgrade. Daily free sodas and bottled water are a nice touch. One of the best features? There’s a free laundry machine on the premises—perfect for longer stays or business trips. This little detail made my entire stay in Beijing much more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back to Huashang Hotel next time I visit Beijing. Great value, great location, and genuine hospitality.
