Sonder Ovation Apartments Avenue of the Arts
This was our first stay at a Sonder property, and Sonder Ovation absolutely exceeded our expectations. We were a family of five, and the two-bedroom unit with a sleeper sofa in the living area offered plenty of space and comfort—no complaints there. The apartment was well-equipped and located in a fantastic spot right on the Avenue of the Arts, making it super easy to explore downtown Philadelphia by foot or public transit. One minor downside: we stayed in room 208 on the ground floor, and despite double-glazed windows, the rooms were noticeably noisy—especially from adjacent hallways. We also tried cooking but found the kitchen lacked a few basic utensils, which was a bit inconvenient. Still, I was pleasantly surprised by how seamless the digital experience felt. Initially skeptical about an entirely automated system, we quickly realized that the platform connects you not to a chatbot, but to real people who genuinely care about guest needs. Responsive, helpful, and human—this balance between tech efficiency and personal service is exactly what makes this stay stand out. Highly recommend for families or travelers who value convenience and a touch of warmth.

The Queen Sonder Hotel truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the place felt clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed.
