The only downside was the parking wait time—there were even some tense moments between guests waiting for spots, so I hope they can improve the parking system. But despite that, the service, cleanliness, and value for money are outstanding. I’d definitely stay here again on my next trip to Tianjin—highly recommend this hotel!

Absolutely thrilled with this stay! The hotel is literally steps away from the Century Clock, making New Year's Eve celebrations so convenient—no crowds, no long walks, just a quick stroll to the festivities. When I first arrived, I thought the window in my room was a bit small, but the staff went above and beyond to help. They even showed me around different rooms and kindly upgraded me to one that was incredibly comfortable and cozy. The room was spotless, beautifully clean, and came with a handy travel guide booklet—such a thoughtful touch. Service was attentive, friendly, and genuinely caring. I couldn’t ask for more. If I’m ever back in Tianjin, this will be my go-to choice. A true gem!
