Even though the room isn’t huge, it comfortably fits two queen-sized beds—perfect for families with kids who can squeeze in without feeling cramped. What surprised me most was how well I slept: I’ve struggled with back pain for years, but on this soft mattress, I actually woke up pain-free after three nights. It felt like a luxury spa experience every evening. The room came with a Keurig-style coffee maker, and there’s a Starbucks right next to the second-floor front desk—ideal for that morning caffeine boost. Bar10 on the second floor serves excellent food; we enjoyed a few meals there, and everything was fresh and flavorful. The hotel connects directly to two shopping centers, which made winter visits so convenient—no need to brave the cold just to grab a bite or do some shopping. Everything was spotless, and the place even had a brand-new renovation vibe. The bathroom features both a rain shower head and handheld sprayer, and while you do stand in the tub to shower, the water pressure is strong and refreshing. Facing north, the view opens up to the Charles River and the silhouette of MIT across the way—completely unobstructed. Boston is such a beautiful city, full of character and charm. If I ever return, I’d choose this hotel again without hesitation.

The only minor downside is that the windows facing the street can get a bit noisy at night due to traffic, but it’s not enough to ruin the overall experience. For the price and location, this hotel offers exceptional value and a great base for any trip to Boston.

The location of Eurostars The Boxer is absolutely unbeatable—so convenient for getting around Boston that I ended up extending my stay by one night. The cleanliness and overall service were excellent, making the experience very comfortable. However, the restaurant left a lot to be desired. My burger was overcooked—both the patty and the buns were charred, almost burnt. The steak was similarly blackened, tasting more like jerky than a well-cooked meal. It's disappointing because everything else about the hotel was top-notch. If only the food quality could match the rest of the standard, this would be a perfect stay. Still, I’d definitely consider returning for future visits, especially given how central it is.
