On our final day, we visited Alexandria, but thick fog caused a minor disruption. Instead of pushing through, the hotel kindly refunded the excursion without hesitation—such great customer care! Our room was spotless, recently renovated, equipped with air conditioning and reliable Wi-Fi. It was a little compact, but perfectly suited for our needs. Overall, this hotel exceeded expectations.
