The cleanliness was seriously lacking—by the time I arrived, the dish cabinet and all the dishes inside were filthy, covered in what looked like birdseed. The tables hadn’t been wiped after the previous guests, still stained with old food residue. And the bed? Extremely uncomfortable—sleeping on it felt like lying on a stack of paper. I’d recommend bringing your own pillow if you’re staying here. Overall, this place failed on both hygiene and comfort. Not worth the price, and definitely not something I’d book again.

The apartment is spacious, functional, and reasonably clean, located just a few hundred meters from the city center—very convenient for short stays. It’s recently renovated with a fully equipped kitchen, making it ideal for travelers wanting a self-catering option. However, the building itself is quite old and shows signs of neglect, with a worn-out exterior and outdated common areas. The main issue is that the elevator has been out of service for some time, which makes accessing the 9th-floor unit very inconvenient, especially with luggage. While the interior is tidy and modernized, the overall condition of the building lowers the experience. Still, if you're only staying briefly and don’t mind the lack of elevator access, it’s a decent budget-friendly choice.

Last-minute booking and we couldn’t be happier with our choice! The hotel’s location is perfect—just a short walk from the city center and surrounded by great cafes, shops, and attractions. We loved the beautiful terrace where we enjoyed morning coffee and evening drinks with a view of the lively street below. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. The whole atmosphere was warm, stylish, and so well-maintained. My triple room was spacious, spotless, and remarkably quiet despite being in the middle of town. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was large and well-designed. I especially appreciated finding bottled water waiting in the room—small touches that make a big difference. The location is perfect: steps away from Plaça de l'Ajuntament, surrounded by top attractions. Plus, the Xativa metro line is literally right outside, connecting directly to the airport. Staying here for three days was absolutely perfect. The location is ideal if you want to explore Valencia on foot—everything in the historic center, including the cathedral, Plaza de la Reina, and Mercado Central, is within walking distance. The room itself is simple but well-designed, with excellent air conditioning, a spacious bathroom, and a very comfortable bed. The host was incredibly helpful, providing clear remote instructions for check-in—friendly and professional. It's just an 8-minute walk to the metro station (Xativa line), which connects directly from the airport. Public transport is only 4 minutes away, but I found walking around town to be the best way to experience the city. Overall, this place offers unbeatable convenience and value. If you're looking for a cozy, central base to enjoy Valencia like a local, this is it.
