Overall, this stay was excellent! The room and bathroom were spacious, with a very comfortable bed that made for a restful night's sleep. The hotel’s interior design is stylish and modern—really adds to the vibe. It’s perfectly located, just a short walk from the city center, and parking right in front of the hotel was easy and stress-free. The rooftop pool is small but perfect for a relaxing dip at the end of the day—especially during sunset. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our visit. One downside was breakfast: it felt a bit underwhelming for the price. The included meal consisted of just a hot drink and one basic option—two slices of toast with butter, jam, and a tiny bit of Vegemite—costing nearly AUD 20. While other items are available à la carte, including a fresh juice would have made a big difference. Still, the overall experience was fantastic, and I’d definitely return.

The FV Brisbane by Peppers offers everything you could want in a stay—spacious, well-designed rooms, a top-notch fitness center, and an authentic Brisbane vibe. While the neighborhood isn’t the most upscale, it’s exactly what makes the experience feel real and immersive. If you're looking to step off the tourist trail and soak up local energy, this hotel is a standout choice. The convenience, comfort, and unique character make it a must-try for travelers who value authenticity over perfection.

Staying at Oxygen Apartments in Brisbane was an absolute delight for our family trip. The spacious layout with multiple bedrooms and living areas made it easy to relax without feeling cramped—perfect for families. Everything we needed was provided, including a baby crib, which was a huge plus for our little one. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the train station and close to major attractions, shopping centers, and restaurants. The apartment itself was immaculate, clean, and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches that made us feel welcome. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it’s a top-tier choice for families seeking comfort, convenience, and value—all in one great package. We’ll definitely be back!

My stay at Oaks Brisbane Mews Suites was absolutely fantastic. The rooms were immaculately clean and beautifully decorated with a modern, elegant touch that made the space feel both cozy and sophisticated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and every detail—from the lighting to the bathroom amenities—showed great attention to quality. I loved how quiet and peaceful the suite felt despite being just a short walk from the city center. Public transport access is excellent, and there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. It’s the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and style. Highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Brisbane—excellent value and a truly memorable experience.

Stayed at The Summit Apartments in Brisbane and was thoroughly impressed! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the metro station, making it super convenient to explore the city. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a baby. The staff went above and beyond—friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. They even assisted with arranging transportation, which made my trip stress-free. Great kitchen setup too—perfect for cooking meals instead of eating out. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. If you're visiting Brisbane for business or leisure, this is definitely a top choice. Highly recommend!

Staying at The Constance Fortitude Valley was an absolute delight. From the moment I walked in, I was drawn to the unique and quirky decor—it’s like staying in a stylish art gallery with a cozy vibe. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make my stay comfortable. While parking is available, it’s not directly connected to the hotel—just a short walk away—but that’s a small trade-off for such a charming place. Located just minutes from Brisbane’s city center, it’s super convenient for exploring the area by foot or public transit. Great ambiance, excellent service, and a standout experience overall. Definitely a top pick for travelers looking for something different.

The property offers excellent value with top-notch rooms that exceeded my expectations. The only minor note is that if your room faces the train station, there might be some noise at night—though it’s not a dealbreaker. Everything else was outstanding: clean, well-appointed, and ideally located for exploring Brisbane. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to fellow travelers looking for comfort and convenience.

Absolutely fantastic stay at Rothbury Hotel! Located right across from Brisbane Central Station, it’s just a short walk to the heart of the city—everything you need is within easy reach. We stayed in a compact studio with a living area, kitchenette, and bathroom—perfectly designed for comfort and convenience. What stood out was the thoughtful touches: laundry detergent tucked under the sink (in the bathroom), dish soap, scrubbing pad, cloth, and mop—all provided for your ease. The place was immaculately clean, and the building itself is a beautifully restored old structure with elegant details. The elevators are particularly charming, adding a touch of vintage charm. It’s such a pleasure to stay here—great location, great vibe, and excellent value. I’d highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return.

We were a bit hesitant about staying here after booking through the platform and reading some mixed reviews online. But honestly, we were pleasantly surprised! The two-bedroom apartment was huge and incredibly spacious—both rooms had TVs, and the living area featured a massive 63-inch TV, perfect for movie nights. The beds were comfortable—king and super king sizes—ideal for a restful sleep. On-site laundry facilities and a well-equipped kitchen made self-catering easy and convenient. The only minor issue was a faint musty smell, but it disappeared once we turned on the air conditioning. The AC worked great—quiet and efficient, unlike many hotels we’ve stayed in before. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and having underground parking was a real bonus, especially if you're driving. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations. We’d definitely stay again and recommend it to others looking for a comfortable, well-located apartment-style stay in Brisbane.

I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Brisbane! The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of the city, with everything within walking distance. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with a huge floor-to-ceiling window and a private balcony that offered stunning views of the city skyline. I loved waking up to natural light and fresh air every morning. All the facilities were modern and well-maintained, making the stay incredibly comfortable. The staff went above and beyond—friendly, helpful, and always smiling. It felt like being welcomed by friends rather than just another guest. If you’re looking for a stylish, convenient, and relaxing stay in Brisbane, this hotel is an absolute must-book. Truly outstanding in every way.

We chose Cathedral Place because family members live in the complex, making it super convenient for us. The common areas are bright and well-maintained, and the pool area is lovely—perfect for relaxing after a long day. The apartments are privately owned, so communication happens directly with individual owners, which felt personal and reassuring. Booking was smooth, and key pickup followed exactly what was promised—no surprises. I stayed in a studio on the pool level, and while the windows are shaded by lush plants (great for privacy), it does make the room a bit dimmer than expected. That said, the ceiling fans are a real highlight—once you figure out how to turn them on (a quick tip would help!), they’re fantastic for keeping cool. The kitchen is well-equipped with quality appliances, including a great fridge, plus a washer and dryer if needed. The Murphy bed is surprisingly comfortable—ideal for a cozy night’s sleep. The only two small drawbacks: the bathroom has a noticeable drain odor, which might be an issue across multiple units; and the sofa could use a little more stuffing for better support. Still, the shower itself is excellent—strong water pressure and even spray. Overall, given the unbeatable location and convenience, I’d definitely stay here again.

I rarely leave reviews, but after being completely ignored and essentially charged $601 for work that never happened, I feel compelled to warn other renters. I paid for tile repairs—removal of a damaged tile, installation of a new one, regrouting, and cleanup—but not a single step has been completed. The money was taken without hesitation, yet no work has been done. To make matters worse, the company has a documented history of mishandling tenant funds: when we first moved in, they held onto our bond for over six weeks—well beyond the legal 10-day window—and I have proof of this. Despite repeated requests, they’ve failed to provide any photographic evidence that the repair was ever carried out. If it were done, I’d like to see clear photos showing the new tile actually matches the existing ones—especially since they rejected my own quotes (between $100–$200) on grounds of poor color match, which I sourced myself. Since February, every email I’ve sent has gone unanswered. No response. No accountability. If the work was somehow completed, where’s the proof? There is none. This pattern of charging for labor that never occurred, delaying refunds, and ghosting tenants feels all too familiar. Unless I receive a full refund (minus the cost of the tile itself) immediately, I will escalate this formally. This was just one issue among many during our six-month tenancy. Avoid this company unless you’re ready to chase your own money and be ignored when problems arise. They lack transparency, communication, and basic professionalism.
