The stay at Lion's Garden Hotel was nearly flawless. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from the city center and easily accessible by public transit. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed with a comfortable bed that made for a restful night’s sleep. The staff went above and beyond to help with local recommendations, transportation tips, and even helped us book a last-minute dinner reservation. They were friendly, professional, and always available when needed. The only minor downside is that bathrobes aren’t complimentary—they have to be requested, which felt a bit odd given how otherwise seamless the experience was. But honestly, that’s just a tiny detail in an otherwise outstanding stay. With its great ambiance, excellent service, and unbeatable value, this hotel is a top choice in Budapest. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Staying at Mamaison Hotel Andrassy was an absolute delight from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond with their friendliness and attention to detail—every interaction felt genuine and welcoming. The location is unbeatable: just steps away from Andrassy Avenue, making it easy to explore the city on foot, while public transport options like buses and the metro are within walking distance. I especially appreciated how quiet and safe the area felt, even with the South Korean Embassy across the street. Breakfast was a highlight—fresh, high-quality, and offered a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. Whether you're here for business or leisure, this hotel delivers comfort, convenience, and a touch of elegance. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Budapest.

The location is fantastic—just a 5-minute walk to a convenient supermarket, perfect for grabbing snacks or essentials. Staying at Mirage Medic Hotel was an absolute delight from start to finish. The apartment-style rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with a modern yet cozy touch—perfect for both short trips and longer stays. What truly stands out is the location: just across from Heroes' Square, surrounded by museums and within easy walking distance to the park where you can take a hot air balloon ride for breathtaking panoramic views of Budapest. It’s rare to find such a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and charm in one place. The value for money is outstanding—this isn’t just a hotel, it’s a memorable experience. I’ll definitely be returning.

This place truly lives up to its reputation. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Budapest—and I’ll definitely be back.

Staying at Benczur Hotel was an absolute delight—far better than expected and incredibly good value for money. The breakfast was fantastic: abundant, delicious, and with a wide variety of options that kept us full throughout the day, even well into the afternoon. We arrived early, and despite not being check-in time yet, they let us in as early as 9 AM—super accommodating! They also offered currency exchange for Hungarian Forints, which was super helpful. The room was bright, clean, and spotless, with excellent natural light and a perfectly warm shower. It’s just a short walk to Heroes’ Square, and from there, exploring the city via Budapest’s historic yellow metro line (the first underground railway in Europe) was such a fun adventure. Everything about this stay was perfect—from location to service to comfort. Highly recommend this gem!

Staying at Szőnyi Garden Hotel was a real highlight of my trip to Budapest. The room was spacious and incredibly comfortable, with a cozy bed that made for a restful night's sleep. Free parking was a huge plus, especially since I arrived by car; no stress about finding a spot. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the nearest metro station, which might sound far, but the route is pleasant—lined with trees and quiet streets, making it feel more like a scenic stroll than a chore. Once you’re on the train, downtown Budapest is just minutes away. The location strikes a great balance between peace and convenience, and the overall value is excellent. I’d definitely book here again.

Hotel Karin is a hidden gem in Budapest! The place is beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and the rooms are spacious with incredibly comfortable beds—perfect for a good night's sleep. I've stayed here for the second time, and I can confidently say this apartment is a top choice. The location is excellent—quiet, peaceful, and just a short walk from public transport to the city center. The kitchen is fully equipped, which made cooking meals super convenient. There are two supermarkets right nearby, so grocery shopping is hassle-free. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going out of their way to assist with anything I needed. Bonus: there's a beautiful church just steps away—perfect for a quiet morning stroll or moment of reflection. Overall, the comfort, cleanliness, and value make this a standout stay. I’ll definitely book again on my next trip to Budapest!

Stayed at this charming family-run guesthouse in Budapest and was genuinely impressed. The owner and his son speak excellent English and are incredibly warm and welcoming—felt like staying with friends rather than a hotel. One small inconvenience is that you need to ring the doorbell for access, but it’s worth it for the peace of mind—outsiders can’t even enter the courtyard, so security is top-notch. The room is compact and doesn’t have a traditional desk, but it comes with two single beds and a wonderfully relaxing bathtub. What really stood out? The owners went above and beyond—they kindly stored my luggage for an entire weekend, including my MacBook safely packed in the suitcase. No issues at all. Their hospitality made the whole experience unforgettable. Highly recommend for travelers who value genuine warmth and safety.

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay! I was checked into room 201—nice furniture, a working refrigerator, and fully functional bathroom fixtures. Hot water was excellent, and the mattress and pillows were comfortable. Towels were clean, and the large window opened wide for good ventilation. All the essentials were there. The only small drawbacks were the lack of a hairdryer, only two outlets in the room (plus two near the sink), some minor stains on the carpet and ceiling, and the soap dispenser not working. But honestly, these are just tiny details when you're staying in such a beautiful city. The hotel's location is fantastic—just a short metro ride from the city center to Mária Square, then a quick tram ride (3 or 4 stops), or you can even walk it in about 10 minutes. Breakfast was solid—basic European-style, but fresh, tasty, and filling. Nothing fancy, but definitely satisfying. The staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the pool wasn’t operational during my visit, but the outdoor seating area with tables and benches on the lawn made for a lovely spot to enjoy breakfast in the open air. Evenings were perfect for relaxing out there. Overall, a great experience in a wonderful part of Budapest.
