I asked for a refill of water, and was told they didn’t have any, even though the tea I was served was already cold. By 10 a.m., the menu had already sold out completely—nothing left. Still, I did bring it to the attention of another team member, who listened and responded politely. The hotel’s atmosphere, design, and service were top-notch, especially for an adults-only retreat. It’s a peaceful, stylish spot with great vibes. Definitely a place I’d come back to again.
