Staying at One Central Hotel & Suites in Cebu was an absolute delight. The location couldn’t be more convenient—right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore nearby attractions on foot or by public transit. Our room was clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. When we asked for an extra bed, the staff promptly provided a third mattress along with all necessary accessories—no hassle at all. The bedding was soft yet supportive, and we had everything we needed for personal hygiene, including quality toiletries for hair, body, and teeth. No cockroaches—big plus! There was a minor issue in the bathroom: the floor gets wet during showers, but it dried completely within two hours, so it wasn’t a real inconvenience. The mini-fridge worked perfectly, keeping drinks cool throughout our stay. Breakfast was outstanding—a great mix of European and Filipino dishes, all fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. We loved the included fruits and variety of non-alcoholic beverages. On the 19th floor, there’s a small but beautiful pool with breathtaking views of the city skyline, plus a fully equipped gym. Staff even handed us beach towels—such a thoughtful touch. One small suggestion: larger water bottles would’ve been helpful given how hot Cebu can get, but that didn’t take away from the overall experience. This was easily one of the best stays we’ve had in the Philippines, and we’re already planning to return. Highly recommended! 🌹

Still, considering the excellent service, comfortable rooms, and unbeatable convenience, this hotel offers fantastic value for money. Perfect for travelers who prioritize ease and accessibility.

This hotel truly delivers on every front—every penny spent is justified. The aesthetic appeal is stunning, both inside and out, with elegant design details that make it feel like a boutique retreat. The staff are incredibly kind and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure comfort. Rooms are spacious and immaculately clean, offering a peaceful and luxurious stay. The rooftop lounge is a standout feature—breathtaking views of Cebu’s skyline at night are unforgettable. One minor downside: some of the king-sized rooms on higher floors face an abandoned building, and the patio doors are locked, so you can’t access the outdoor space. Still, this doesn’t take away from the overall exceptional experience. For its location, quality, and service, this hotel offers outstanding value—definitely worth returning to.

Our stay at Citi Park Hotel Cebu was excellent—perfectly located just a short walk from the VFS biometrics center for Australian visa applications. The buffet breakfast was a highlight: plentiful, delicious, and offered at a very reasonable price. The staff were consistently warm, professional, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. From check-in to checkout, every interaction was smooth and friendly. We truly enjoyed our time here and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cebu, especially those preparing for a visa process. It’s a great choice for comfort, convenience, and value.

It’s a great value for money, and I’d definitely stay here again on my next trip to Cebu.

The bathroom had a strong smell similar to boiled eggs during our stay, which was quite unpleasant. We reported the issue to the staff, but unfortunately, it was never resolved. For three out of four nights, we ended up showering in a friend's room just to avoid the odor. While the location is convenient and close to local attractions, this persistent smell significantly impacted our overall experience. It’s disappointing that such a basic hygiene issue wasn’t addressed promptly. If the hotel doesn’t take steps to fix this, it will be hard to recommend to others.
