Wakan Luxury Villas and Suites
Our stay at Wakan Luxury Villas and Suites was a total disappointment from day one. I booked this villa specifically for the pool, but that turned out to be a big mistake. The property is not an independent villa—there’s another unit directly above, so every footstep, conversation, or movement upstairs was clearly audible. We couldn’t fall asleep until 3 a.m. on the first night due to constant noise. The bathroom lacked basic amenities—no soap, no towels, no toilet paper upon arrival. The sofas were old, worn out, and even had holes in them. The air conditioning broke down shortly after check-in, making the room unbearable hot every night. When I reported the issue, they claimed it was fixed—but it wasn’t. After multiple follow-ups, we were only able to get a room change after waiting until 2 a.m. To make matters worse, the host stopped replying once I called out the false fix. This was hands-down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I strongly recommend avoiding this property altogether and choosing a different place to stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of my single room—definitely larger than I expected for this category. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout my stay, going out of their way to ensure everything was comfortable. Located just minutes from the city center, it’s super convenient for exploring Jeddah, with great access to public transit and plenty of dining options nearby. The overall value for money is excellent, and the warm hospitality made me feel right at home. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again on my next visit to Jeddah.

The stay at this hotel was absolutely delightful. The staff went above and beyond to assist with everything—from check-in to local recommendations—and their friendliness made the experience truly memorable. The room itself was spacious, immaculately clean, and well-equipped with all the essentials. While I didn’t dine at the hotel, they do offer a modest selection of food and drinks. Just across the street is Albaik, which is perfect for a quick bite, and a large shopping mall is within walking distance—though I’d recommend taking a taxi due to the heavy traffic on the roads. Despite that, the location is still very convenient. Overall, it’s a fantastic choice for travelers looking for comfort, cleanliness, and great service. I’d happily return and highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is beautifully located, just a short distance from everything I needed—restaurants, shops, and even the airport. It's incredibly convenient for travelers looking to minimize transit time. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making the experience feel welcoming. While I did have a bit of trouble with the taxi driver finding the address, the location is actually very accessible once you know the exact landmarks—like near Al-Nezha Medical Clinic or close to the intersection of Hura Street and Sixty Street. A small suggestion: adding updated contact details or clearer directions on Google Maps would make it much easier for future guests. Overall, an excellent value for money, clean, comfortable, and well-positioned. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jeddah.

I've stayed here multiple times and keep coming back—this hotel truly delivers. It's incredibly close to the exhibition center, making travel super convenient whether you're commuting by metro or heading out for business or sightseeing. The rooms are spacious, modern, and well-maintained, with a clean, fresh feel throughout. The staff is consistently polite and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. One thing to note: rooms facing the street can be noisy due to traffic, so if you're sensitive to sound, go for an interior room. Despite that small issue, the overall experience is excellent. Great value, great location, and reliable comfort—definitely my top choice in Jeddah.

My stay at WOW Residence | Primotel Suites As Salamah was really positive overall. The room was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and had a modern, comfortable layout. The only minor issue was the low water pressure in the shower—water flow was quite weak—but it didn’t significantly affect my experience. The location is convenient, just a short walk from local amenities, and getting around town via public transit is easy. Great value for money, and I’d definitely recommend this property to travelers looking for a quiet, clean, and hassle-free base in Jeddah.
Hotel Hoor Park
Staying at Hotel Hoor Park was a mixed experience. The staff are incredibly friendly and always willing to help, especially with meal times—very thoughtful. However, I requested housekeeping early in the morning and still hadn’t seen anyone by 4 PM, which was frustrating. Trying to get shampoo felt like chasing a mirage—none available anywhere. The pool, which heats up to 48°C, closes at 5 PM, which is quite early for such a hot climate. It would’ve been great if it stayed open later. While the hotel’s quiet location and overall ambiance are appealing, service consistency needs improvement. A few small upgrades in responsiveness and facilities could really boost the guest experience. Overall, decent for a quick stop, but not without room for growth.
Najmet Al Esraa Al Zahabeya
The hotel has a mixed experience. I appreciated the clean rooms and bathrooms, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The wall colors and overall decor reminded me of my childhood home back in my country—very comforting and unique. However, there were several issues that affected my stay: some door handles were broken and hard to open, the bed felt unclean (I even found a small tear under it), the air conditioning was extremely noisy, and one drawer wouldn’t open at all. These problems made the stay less enjoyable than expected. I understand hotels aren’t perfect, but with a few simple fixes—like repairing doors, cleaning beds properly, reducing AC noise, and fixing furniture—the overall experience could be much better. It’s clear there’s potential here. I hope management takes guest feedback seriously and works on improving the details. Would love to come back if things get sorted out.
