That kind of thoughtful touch made me feel truly seen as a parent. The daytime supervisor was equally accommodating when I asked for a half-hour late check-out—no hesitation, just a friendly yes. Needing help getting to nearby attractions? The staff at the front desk went above and beyond, researching routes to save us from wasted time and wrong turns. They genuinely cared about our comfort. Cleanliness stood out too—every corner felt well-maintained, down to the smallest detail. The breakfast spread was impressive, with chefs cooking noodles by hand while also making dumplings on the side—such efficient, energetic service that reminded me of Hong Kong’s fast-paced spirit.
