Also, the lack of a working exhaust fan made the space feel humid and stuffy, especially after a hot day. Morning coffee service was disappointing too—it wasn’t available until well past the advertised time, and by the time we arrived at 7:00 AM, it was already gone. Still, these minor drawbacks don’t come close to overshadowing the positives. The pool area is stunning, with incredible ocean views and a peaceful, tropical vibe. Watching the sunset from the terrace was pure magic. This resort truly delivers on ambiance and comfort. We’d definitely come back again—this place has a special charm that’s hard to beat.

If the owners truly care about guest satisfaction, they should prioritize staff training immediately. Unfortunately, the current level of service makes it hard to recommend. This isn't just a bad stay—it's a frustrating one, and I wouldn't hesitate to warn others against booking here.
