The hotel is perfectly located—just a short walk from Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li, making it super convenient for shopping and dining. The room itself was clean, spacious, and well-designed, with a comfortable bed and good lighting. However, I wasn’t informed upon check-in that nearby streets were under construction, so constant renovation noise made it a bit hard to relax during the day. Since I had to leave early and couldn’t return in time to check out, I called the front desk to ask if they could bring my packed luggage down. The staff member I spoke with sounded a little impatient, which was a bit disappointing. That said, most of the team were friendly and professional. The breakfast attendant was especially warm and welcoming—her smile made the morning much better. When I returned later to collect my bags, only one young guy was on duty at the front desk, and he was absolutely amazing. I had quite a few bags, and instead of just handing them over, he offered me a reusable tote bag and even gave my kid a cute panda plush toy—such a thoughtful touch! It really stood out. Overall, despite the minor hiccup with the initial interaction, the service and location make this a great choice. I’d definitely stay here again.
