You have to climb a few stairs to enter, and the elevator only goes halfway (but they’ll happily carry your luggage up to your room, so it’s not an issue). Every front desk staff member speaks English fluently, and they even read out the Wi-Fi password slowly and clearly—just in case you missed it! Breakfast was outstanding: generous variety, fresh, and delicious. The bathroom in the room was spacious and spotlessly clean. On my last night, I had to check out by 4:30 AM, so I asked ahead if they could prepare breakfast for me to take along. They actually did! When I arrived at the front desk, they noticed me before I even reached them and rushed over to help with my bags. They even walked me all the way down to the door and helped me get a taxi.
